Little J just turned the big one!
When I first talked with his mommy about their family session, I knew right away this would be a fun one. She had been recently inspired by a baby painting session done by Caroline Tran Photography and wanted to do her own spin on it with Jonah (you can see for yourself how he did at the end of this post). She planned on framing his work of art afterwards - great alternative to buying expensive nursery art and much more memorable.
She also hand sewed colorful pillows that spelled out his name and later incorporated it into her one year old party for him - seriously talented, esp. since it was her first sewing project in years! I loved the pop of colors from their outfits and the pillows - thanks Becky and Sun for letting me hang out with you guys, so glad to have met you!
I loved their matching TOMs...
Now on to the painting...
Where's my snacks?
Jonah, you were such a good sport! I know you wanted your kka-kka (crackers in Korean) more than the paint, but you still created a masterpiece~ I hope you keep your name pillows and this painting until you're old and too cool for school so that you can remember how much your mommy and daddy love you!
beautiful pics, sako! <3 j.
